It is time for a new paradigm.
Hello, my name is Rebecca. I believe our lives cannot be separated from our work and who we are is at the core of everything we do. I'm passionate about leading with love while holding space for communities, businesses, and young professionals to become the best version of themselves.
I am currently pursuing an MBA with a concentration in Leadership and Teams from Antioch University. I'm excited to add to my knowledge base of how businesses can lead with compassion and create meaningful and sustainable work while making a positive ecological and social impact.
I live on Whidbey Island, in Washington state with my mother and daughter on the traditional land of the Coast Salish peoples. My mother and I recently chose to combine households in an effort to live more sustainably and reap the benefits of intergenerational living.
Previously, I owned a business called CulturaLinks USA where I worked to break down stereotypes and build bridges of understanding across cultures. Traveling authentically and building meaningful relationships still lights my soul fire. I'm so grateful for all of the global experiences I've had in my life, beginning at the age of 14 when I volunteered to be a nanny for an American family in Japan for 2 months. Each and every experience since then has shaped my perspective and fueled my desire for a more equitable, joyful, just, and sustainable world. Every person on this planet deserves to pursue the life of their dreams.
As I complete my MBA, I am expanding into consulting small businesses to evaluate their social and environmental impact and work together to make a plan for optimizing operations for the highest good of all. If this is of interest to you, please send me an email for more information.
